About us!

We as  Mission 4 Unity we are a movement for the Christian unity.

Mission 4 Unity International have work based in Lahore Pakistan '' Mission 4 Unity Pakistan".

We are working together with our partner the House of Unity in Riga, Latvia who have the same mission and vision.

Spiritually we relate to; the Charismatic Renewal, the Convergence Movement, Community of Taize.

We share the vision of the unity of the body of Christ, that was received by Abbé Paul Couturier.

We see Abbé Paul Couturier as an Apostle of the Christian unity.
Abbé Paul Couturier really believed that all Christians could unite in regular prayer and devotion, each according to their own tradition and insight, for the sanctification of the world and the unity of Christ’s people.

By this, the idea of an Invisible Monastery’ was born.  A spiritual community, beyond the earth’s ‘walls of separation’, where God’s vision of his Church’s unity could be realised.

We are Christians of different church background, Anglican, Catholic, Evangelical, Protestant, Orthodox etc....

We truly like to serve the body of Christ, “the Church”.

We like to serve in places where we can help to build up, encourage, teach and equip our Christian brothers and sisters to be an imitation of Jesus Christ in their own environment.

And lead them to spiritual maturity and leadership. '' (imitation of God), 1 Corinthians 11: 1 Be imitators of me, as I am of Christ, Ephesians 5:1-2, 4:32 '' / "(teach & equip) Ephesians 4:11-14 ''

We also reaching out to bring the Good News of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ "

 Matthew 28: 18-20 "

We endorse the Nicene Creed and Apostolic and Athanasian Creed.
And we long for the unity as described in John 17: 20-24.
We recognise the authority of the Bible as God's Word.
We believe in the functioning of the Holy Spirit and we desire that He has total freedom to function in the body of Christ without limitation.
